I am currently helping my clients find a detached home in Mississauga or Oakville. They are looking for a charming 4-bedroom house and are open to various options, whether it’s an original property in need of some personalization or a beautifully renovated space.

Their ideal home would be a detached house with a backyard, and having the potential for a swimming pool is a significant bonus! They have a strong budget of $1.4 million to $1.5 million for the right property.

The preferred areas are within the major intersections from Highway 403 to Lake Ontario, including Cawthra and Trafalgar, which encompass parts of both Mississauga and Oakville. Additionally, being close to a French immersion school would be a major advantage for their children.
