Here’s a life hack;

one day a week, I treat myself to a day where I don’t do anything business related. Kind of like a silent retreat.

2 times a year, I treat my self to a vacation,
one is a beach destination (even if it’s for 2 nights)
And the other is a new place I haven’t visited before to explore local culture.
