Darrell McCulligh is the reason I would not recommend this condo to anyone.
This is a great building but I can not stress how disappointed I am with the warranty team for Mattamy.
Darrell McCulligh (Mattamy warranty manager) is the reason I would be not be able to recommend a Mattamy condo to friends and family as it is a nightmare dealing with him. I would hate for any of my friends and family to have to deal with someone like this and until this team makes changes I would say stay away from the Bower condos. If anything goes wrong, this is not the person you would want helping you out. This team has fell apart and everyone on his team is leaving and I don't blame them - this says a lot about how he handles warranty cases.
