Another year older—and this past year came with a little bit of everything.

Some highs, some growing pains, a few unexpected plot twists… and a lot of lessons that quietly did their job.

The biggest one? Learning to ease up on expectations and lean more into what actually feels right👌

Not everything needs to be forced. Not everything needs to make sense right away. And not everyone is meant to meet you where you are—and that’s okay.

So I’m choosing lighter this year. More presence, more laughter, more time with my people… and a lot more doing what genuinely makes me happy💃🏽
