Our Office is growing, and we are looking for someone who can assist us and themselves to take this
to the next level.
To be considered for this role you MUST have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate
daily work. The applicant must also have experience with the MLS systems TREB and OMBREB. Has
experience in all Social media platforms and is able to work with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a real estate environment
• Demonstrate extreme attention to detail
• Maintain confidentiality of information
• High degree of professionalism
• Team player with ability to develop working relationships across the organization

Additional Candidate Assets:
• Previous customer service experience
• Previous real estate experience / training / knowledge
• Accounting/deals administration experience
• BrokerWOLF (Lone Wolf) accounting system experience
• Marketing / social media marketing / graphic design experience
• Microsoft PowerPoint / Adobe software / Adobe InDesign
Duties:
• Writing offers,
• Broker loading listings,
• Researching and assembling comparative market evaluations,
• Answering phones, filing and letter preparation.
• Update All social media marketing (Instagram, FB, Twitter, YouTube and Linked-in)
• Planning open houses and events
• Experience with all office Microsoft programs and G Suite is also a strong asset
