What does this mean for our buyers and sellers? Buyers will be better positioned to negotiate prices and Sellers will be able to consider ‘Trading Up’ to larger homes in their desired location.

Prior to focusing on her real estate career, she worked with the municipal government in adjudication, marketing and finance. Deborah has also managed and operated one of the largest site contracting companies in the region with a focus on customer service, construction design and implementation.

Deborah is a volunteer at St. Mildred’s Lightbourn School and has donated to the recent school expansion. The family includes Deborah’s husband, 2 daughters, and Finley, her Labradoodle.
