Unfortunately their offer was not accepted. We carry on.
It’s a challenge when you are competing with other offers. We talked strategy, price, and stuck with the plan my clients were comfortable with, but another offer was significantly higher and that’s the way it goes sometimes.

Fingers crossed for my clients tonight! Found a home they’re excited about, there are 3 offers and I’m presenting in person shortly.
