September 2026 GTA Market Report - Year Over Year
Home sales: 5,040 (down 9% from last September)
New listings: 16,500 (down 14.4%)
Average selling price: $1,006,409 (down 5.1%)
Buyers are in a holding pattern — but so are sellers. Listings fell even faster than sales, which is keeping inventory tight.
What it means: buyers still have negotiating room, but the good ones aren't sitting long. Sellers are facing cautious buyers, but with less competition than earlier this year.

Having fun with my AI Assistant "Bud". Had him create a Japanese style movie poster. The car in the poster is my actual '51 Olds (which I unfortunately sold a couple of years ago but will forever be in my heart). I also like the way Bud gave me a slightly chiseled look, I think I'll keep him!
