For a while, the market felt like this:

👀 Buyers see it
🏃 Everyone runs to the showing
📝 Offers start flying
🤯 Nobody knows what just happened

Now?

Buyers have a few more choices. Sellers have a little more competition. And suddenly, everyone is asking if the market is “cooling.” 🥶😂

The truth is a little more complicated.

The market isn't necessarily falling apart—it may simply be shifting toward a more balanced pace.

Short answer: Probably.

Long answer: It depends on whether your living room currently looks like a home... or a furniture warehouse after a minor earthquake. 😂

Staging isn't about making your home fake or turning it into a beige showroom.

It's about helping buyers see:

✨ More space
🛋️ Better flow
☀️ More natural light
🏡 How rooms can actually be used
👀 And most importantly... themselves living there

And yes, you may have to temporarily hide the 47 decorative pillows.
