I’m seemingly reminded of this daily.

I have been in this situation before, it took me a long time to see what I was doing to myself.

It took me a long time to pull myself from the darkness that this realization created in my mind.

It was truly a hard lesson.

I will NEVER sacrifice my principals.

I will NEVER sacrifice my values.

I will always stay true to who I am and what I fundamentally believe.

If you are a broker/owner or team leader, you NEED to read this quick blog post I wrote today.

If you have a training platform or the franchisor you work for has a training platform, are you leveraging it to its full potential?

This includes getting buy in from your agents and understanding the relevancy of the market and ensuring the content is relevant for the agent.

Developing or leveraging a training program is great as part of your pitch to attract agents to your brokerage. But how do you get your Realtors to buy in to the training? On top of that, once they've bought in, how do you get them to execute at a high level?
