We have one unit coming up for rent.
We are looking for a “handy person” to live in it.
What’s that means is a person who can fix, repair, replace most things a tenant would be asking a “handy man “ to do.
This job will be for all 8 units.
Must be able to replace front door locks ..
install bathroom fixtures ..replace window locks.
Fix or replace any flooring.. start a pilot light on a furnace,
Just small handyman jobs around the units …
Your rent will be the same as the rest, but as you do any work, your rent will be reduced from the work you do …we don’t have enough work to keep a handy man full time.

the home maybe be available sooner than the end of July.
No pets..no smokers of any kind.

Hi.. we are in the process of selling all 8 rentals. I’ll be taking this site down or handing it over to the new owners.
We will not be taking any applications for rentals.. we will have four of the eight units vacant by the time the purchase takes affect.
be sure to keep an eye on things if you’re interested in renting one of the four..
I will be moving away, My unit is one of the four so I will not be here any longer.
We believe Renovations will be taking place in all units..

Hi.. we currently don’t have any rentals at this time.
I am not aware of any are coming up, but I will post on the Olds rental and here.
We understand it’s hard to find affordable places in Olds. We are looking for land currently to build more multi family homes.
Thank you all for the interest it’s hard to pick when there’s so many great people looking.
