May brought a nice bump in activity, with sales up 26.6% year over year and more movement in Oliver, Osoyoos, and Penticton. Inventory is still tightening, prices are staying fairly steady, and buyers are clearly back in the game.

Bottom line: the market’s active, balanced, and worth watching.

A huge thank you to Tiffany Beckedorf of Okanagan Moon Apothecary for joining us today and sharing such practical, down-to-earth tips on wellness, stress, and burnout. Tiffany was incredibly, knowledgeable, and made the topic feel approachable — even for those of us whose current wellness routine consists mostly of coffee and hoping for the best. ☀️🌿

We loved learning about different herbs that can support stress relief and better sleep, along with helpful breathing techniques we can actually use in everyday life. One of my favorite reminders was the simple idea of stepping outside for just five minutes of sunshine each day — sometimes the smallest habits make the biggest difference.
