I'll start.
My photo is from Ethiopia. I was in the country with Hope International, visiting some water projects that were both under construction and recently completed as well as villages that were under consideration for a future water supply system.
On the way back from one of the site visits, we pulled off the highway and up a dirt road into the nearby hills. It took a minute for me to recognize the area I had only previously seen in photos, but this was a project I had been personally involved with raising money to help fund the construction of. It was pretty overwhelming to see the completed system providing clean water to hundreds of nearby families.
