👋Let me reintroduce myself, now that I have joined eXp Realty, it feels like the perfect time to do so.

I officially became a licensed Realtor in 2017, but my journey started long before that…

I’m a second generation realtor, and I’ve been around open houses, showings and market talk since I was 8 years old. That’s almost 3 decades of being immersed in this world.

Growing up, I’d tag along with my mom to listings and open houses. Little did I know, those early experiences would shape my future.

Over the years, I also worked in the tax industry and continue to take tax courses year after year. That knowledge now helps me support my real estate clients on a whole new level. Especially when it comes to investment properties, deductions and planning for the long term. Have a tax question? Ask me anytime!

I bought my first home at 21, and I’ve owned several properties since then. Now, as a mom and homeowner, I understand how important it is to find the right home, whether you’re buying for your family, investing, upsizing or downsizing!

I’ve seen the market rise and fall, and with over 8 years licensed, plus years of hands-on experience before that, I know what to look for, and how to guide my clients through every phase of the journey.

The year is not even over yet and Canada has posted the most home sales on record, surpassing previous record-holding levels logged in 2020. According to the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) Year-to-date, 581,275 homes have been bought and sold between January and October across Canada. This has surpassed the total number of homes sold during all of 2020, which reported an annual record of 552,423 sales.

On a national scale, there was just 1.9 months worth of inventory by the end of October 2021. This marks a half-month drop from three months earlier, falling back to February and March’s extreme lows.

“With so many markets starved for supply, it’s not surprising to see sales go up in months when more properties go up for sale,” the CREA report noted.
