Job Description
We are looking for an experienced in-house Interior Designer. Your role will be to see projects through from the very first design consultation to the finished product. You will be a passionate and creative individual who helps clients see and maximize on the potential of their space. You will be able to combine the client’s concepts and ideas with your creativity and working knowledge of the principals of design.

Responsibilities
• Oversee multiple projects from beginning design concepts to installation,
• Identify the client’s dream concepts, develop and design illustrations that align with their
desired outcome to give the client a visual of their desired space
• Design working drawings which include preliminary space plans, elevations, perspectives,
furnishing and floor plans and interior detailing.
• Present renderings to client to
• Coordinate and collaborate with other trade professionals involved in the project, including
painters, contractors, etc.
• Use knowledge and experienced usage of other trade professionals such as painters,
contractors, etc, to bring the best team to the project
• Properly and accurately measure space and document site conditions, consistent site visits
• Pricing and budget management
• Create and maintain schedules, coordinate purchasing, establish timelines, track orders,
coordinate deliveries

Requirements
• Experience, education or a combination of both
