When your next move matters you need experience to guide you through all the noise and focus on the facts.
If you’re buying or selling in Dufferin County, focus on the variables that actually change outcomes:

Buying
• Get pre-approved (and know your real monthly number).
• Pick 2–3 neighbourhoods,
• Decide your “must-haves” before you fall in love with a listing.
• Be clear on terms you can flex on (possession date, conditions, deposit).

Selling
• Nail the first impression: repairs, paint touch-ups, clean lines, less clutter.
• Price with data, not hope or pandemic prices.

Santa Claus is coming to town!

In a week and a half, the community is invited to help us welcome the holiday season, and jolly ol’ Saint Nick, at the Santa Claus Parade!

The parade is on Saturday, November 22 at 5 p.m.

The parade will begin at First Street and Hansen Boulevard and make its way towards Broadway, before turning and following Broadway down to Fourth Street.

Want to really get in the spirit? Downtown Orangeville is celebrating the season all weekend long with the Joy & Lights Festival. Shop, eat and get in the spirit before heading out to find a seat for the parade.

Here’s some things to know:

• road closures begin at 3 p.m.
• buses stop at 2:45 p.m.
