About Joann

My career in real estate started 20 years ago in the small town of Maple Ridge B.C. a small town not unlike Orangeville, just an hour from the busy city of Vancouver. Knowing that Royal Lepage was Canada's leading real estate company, I knew then that's where I wanted to be. Shortly after my second daughter was born in 2000 I was on a plane back home to Ontario, where my children would grow up with their family. The countryside of Dufferin County was the place for me, and to set up home on a small country acreage. Naturally Royal Lepage was the place for me to continue my career. As Royal Lepage RCR being the #1 real estate office in the area, this location was my next great adventure and I never looked back. Spending the next 17 years living in both Dufferin County & Caledon, my focus was on my passion, country living. There is nothing better than raising a family in a small town with big dreams or in the rural countryside of Dufferin County & Caledon. Life just gets better as you drive north up Caledon Mountain at the end of the day and leave the city behind. Kids playing on the streets till the lights go on still happen, families are paramount and once you have had a taste of Orangeville, the country starts to call. That's once again where I step in. Taking people from the city to the town or country is not only exciting, watching dreams take hold is why I still love what do. I have been blessed over the years to work with wonderful people, many who remain loyal, many that have become friends. Whether your dream is your first home, or your last, I will hold your hand through it all.
