100. 🏡

This little SOLD sign marks the 100th home I’ve sold a home in my real estate career — which feels pretty surreal to type.

Behind that number are 100 closed deals, but a whole lot more than 100 conversations, showings, negotiations, late-night texts, stressful conditions, exciting possession days, and people trusting me with some pretty big decisions.

I’m incredibly grateful to every client who has trusted me, referred me to a friend, called me back for the next move, or simply told someone, “You should call Jon.”

That’s the part I don’t take lightly.
