With the warmer daytime temperatures and cold nights we’ve been getting, we just wanted to put out a quick heads-up for homeowners in the area.

This type of weather creates perfect conditions for ice dams. Snow melts during the day, refreezes at the roof edges overnight, and can trap water on your roof — which often leads to leaks, ceiling damage, and costly repairs if left too long.
