Feeling good.

Back in oshawa office for fall and Agent productivity days.

Eldest drives to school now, youngers walk to the local school now too.

Bought a building, built a team, built a brokerage.
Flipped some houses, kept some houses set up now.
Bought some cottages, built an str corp.
Built a second territory for the brokerage.

Now everything can grow on its own, and there is finally some balance.

Settling into a new routine of having more spare time, more time for personal work, and the usual insanity of our profession.

Looking forward to the new routine, and all the opportunity it brings.

Fall Market Begins. What better way to start than getting deals from your Brokerage.

Pipelines can be a long game, made easier by Strive by carrying the operating costs you don’t have to pay for .

Today’s lead could be next year’s deal, and thats why its called a pipeline.

As usual you get out what you put in, but the heaviest lifting is done for you.

One of our newest agents has been here less than a month and is doing great. converted a lease lead that we paid for but don’t take a split on- this is our support to make sure you can make money any time.

That lead referred a listing appointment and that Agent already has a buyer consultation from our system.

Oh , and we still write your offers, prep your listings, put out your open house signs and give you social media support.

We have interviewed 4 agents in the last two weeks and theme is a common theme. market is slow, and they are looking inward and asking what true support they are getting for their split.

There is no system that supports Agents more than Strive, check it out!

20+ showings and 30+ at the open house generating 7 offers and a firm purchase.

Once again , several offers came from Agents whose clients attended the open house.

We market the properties, but open houses are where we can actually try to SELL to the public.

I take them very seriously and prove time after time that I can generate offers for my clients above the basic marketing.
