Hey Everyone,

It's been a while since I've logged into any social media, and I figured today was a great day to check in.

A year ago, I went to the ER and was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis. If you're unfamiliar, it's nasty and caused by lack of sleep, poor diet, alcohol/toxins, stress, etc.

The hospital stay was ugly. I lost perception of time, dropped 40 pounds, and scared the s**t out of my family. Somewhere along the way I hit rock bottom. When I was discharged, I told myself I'm going to live with a lot less fear, eat clean, and live sober. I've done and continue to do exactly that!

I'm still an active Realtor with Lincoln Realty. I also opened a contracting business TurnKey Renovations and Design. We specialize in Composite decks and fencing, and also do anything big or small indoors!

Only 1 Way to Say It: WE'RE SO EFFING PROUD OF OUR SON!! In and out from his 3rd (and hopefully last) open heart surgery in 6 Days ❤ Dr. Honjo and his team at are the real heros in the world, and Abel is a thoroughbred 💪 Can't wait for him to see what's waiting for him at HOME!

What does everyone think about today's "Emergency Alert" from the Pickering Nuc Plant?

I personally feel that if a child goes missing or the Nuc Plant is on the verge of catastrophe, please notify us via that SCREAMING SIREN on our phones at any time, day or night, 24/7! But if the Plant has "reported an incident" that doesn't necessitate me to rush my fam into the '06 Jetta prepped with batteries and canned tuna, just let us enjoy some Sunday morning R and R with a bit of dancing!

My first time buyer clients and I (along with a great inspector) were conducting a home inspection in the Kawarthas this afternoon which involved 2 septic tanks. It was chilly and the ground was frozen, but we were determined!
