These two have worked so hard to get to where they are today. From our first conversation they knew exactly what they wanted/needed - but knew they had to stay realistic as this was going to be their first home and if they didn’t get everything they wanted- there was always time to upgrade down the road.
Let’s just say this property exceeded their expectations and checked ALL their boxes.

When this house hit the market, we thought it could potentially be over budget. We ended up seeing it anyways because it was so beautifully done and thought “let’s just see it, you never know in this market!”

Congratulations to my buyer client on purchasing this beautiful property with the most amazing views and a stunning 1000sqft deck. It couldn’t have been a better fit!

My buyer had told me from the beginning of our search, she wanted to be able to hear a train as it brought back amazing memories of her childhood.
