🍂 Happy first day of fall! 🍁

My favourite season is officially here, and I couldn’t be happier! ❤️🎃👻🕷️🕸️

I’m ready for the leaves to start turning, cooler days, cozy nights, pumpkin everything, and all the little things that make this time of year so special.

I love this season with our family — heading to the farms, enjoying the fall harvest, grabbing pumpkins, getting outside to enjoy the changing leaves, and of course getting ready for Halloween. 🎃👻

There’s just something about fall that sparks so much joy in me, it makes me want to slow down, spend time with the people I love the most and enjoy the fact that my kids are always up for doing all things fall related.

Bring on the pumpkins, colourful trees, cozy weather and Halloween treats! 🍁🎃

I hope today is filled with everything that makes summer special—family, friends, laughter, great food, and maybe a little fireworks magic. Take a moment to appreciate the freedoms we enjoy and the people who make life so meaningful.

☀️ Good Morning and Happy Monday! ☀️

I woke up this morning with a positive attitude, a to-do list, and a plan to be productive…

Then I remembered who I am. 😂

So if today goes sideways, your coffee gets cold three times, you forget why you walked into a room, or you accidentally reply-all to an email, just know you’re in excellent company.

Let’s all do our best, laugh at the chaos, and remember that sometimes surviving Monday with your sense of humor intact is the real accomplishment.

Now go out there and be amazing… or at least be caffeinated. ☕🤣

Today we’re celebrating the dad who shows up every single day with love, strength, patience, and an unwavering commitment to his family.

Thank you for being the steady voice when life gets noisy, the biggest cheerleader in every achievement, the fixer of problems big and small, and the one who always makes us feel safe, supported, and loved. You lead by example, work hard without complaint, and remind us that the most important things in life aren’t things at all—they’re the people we share it with.

Happy 25th Birthday to my firstborn, my only daughter, and my greatest blessing. ❤️

The day you came barreling into this world, I knew you were destined for big things. Becoming your mom changed my life forever and made me a better person.

When you were little, I always told you, “I’m your mom, not your friend.” You’d ask, “When will you stop being my mom and just be my friend?” My answer was always, “When you’re 25.”

Well, today you’re 25, and it turns out I was wrong. I will always be your mom—and it will always be my greatest honour. But somewhere along the way, you also became my very best friend.

I am so proud of the woman you’ve become. Wishing you a year filled with happiness, success, and everything your heart desires. No matter where life takes you, I will always have your back. I love you endlessly. Happy Birthday, sweetheart. 🎉💕

Yesterday was my day off. A few appointments, a grocery run, and then back home.

Instead, it became a beautiful reminder of how powerful kindness can be.

I met a woman in the baking aisle who shared her story with me and left me with one of the most heartfelt hugs I’ve ever received. I chatted with a cashier about our kids, grocery prices, and the lessons our parents taught us about making the most of what we had. I unexpectedly ran into a dear friend from high school. And later, I received a text from a coworker who told me that every time she sees a bag charm I gifted her during a difficult season of life, she thinks of our conversations.

None of these moments were planned, but every one of them filled my cup.

Kindness isn’t always a strategy. For some people, it’s simply a way of life. And the beautiful thing is that even the smallest acts can leave a lasting impact.

Today, choose kindness. You never know whose day—or life—you might change. ❤️

Long weekends really are good for the soul ☀️🤍

This Victoria Day weekend was filled with all the simple things that make life feel full — a drive to Belleville for football 🏈, enjoying the amazing BBQ weather with family and friends 🍔, and finally getting our gardens planted for the season 🌱

There’s something about this time of year that makes you appreciate home a little extra — the backyard moments, fresh starts, warm evenings, and making memories with the people you love most.

Now it’s back to reality and a busy week ahead… but feeling very grateful for the reset. Hope everyone had an amazing long weekend too!
