🔹 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗨𝗽: While sales are on the rise, more listings are hitting the market, signaling a potential buyer’s opportunity.
🔹𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝘀: Despite a reduction by the Bank of Canada, buyers seem to be waiting for more cuts before diving in.
