Let's talk Walls! I know! What is there to talk about?
*Often people think they need to repaint the whole interior before they list their property to freshen up! Unless your bathroom is still Pepto Bismol pink that may not be necessary.
*Sometimes filler, sanding and touch up is all that's needed if you still have the colour handy!
*If you are still one of those who has a room with wallpaper and it's in good shape, you can paint over and make a texture wall. Unless it's covered in Woody from Toy Story! :)
*Painted dry wall ceiling stains can often be cleaned up with a spray bottle containing a mixture of half bleach and half water, applying the mixture to the stain.

*A new coat of paint can refresh that tired look
*Replace your doormat with a fresh new one
*If needed a good pressure washing can brighten up years of weather
*Update your landscaping and driveway if it's uneven and aged
