We’re Jessica McNamee and Jamie D. Ball. Partners in life and now in business, brought together by a mission to help families create stability, build wealth, and design a life they truly love through smart, intentional real estate decisions that they’ll feel good about..not just in the moment, but years down the road.
Jessica's experience in real estate started when bought her first home at 20, stretching every dollar to make it happen, even rolling pennies to cover the deposit. Becoming a single mom of 3, she navigated years of tight budgeting and renting while the market shifted further out of reach. She understands the weight of these decisions because she's lived it. Today, she is known for her ability to see the bigger picture, and fiercely helping clients make decisions that truly support their lives.
Jamie has been licensed since 2013 and brings a relationship driven approach shaped by his background in healthcare and national client management. He's known for his natural ability to connect with people and identify opportunities others might miss. With deep roots in Durham Region and experience living in Vancouver and Australia, he offers both local insight and a broader perspective. He is always looking ahead, making sure no option goes unexplored and his clients are positioned with every possible advantage.
We were friends and colleagues for years before meeting in person in 2022. After that, we clicked. We’ve blended our lives; 3 kids, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and spent years navigating all of it together. We have a lot of fun, and even though we approach things differently, that is exactly what makes us strong. We challenge each other, communicate openly, and use those differences to better serve the people we work with.
Gold represents value, clarity, and long term wealth.� Oak represents strength, stability, and growth. Together, it reflects the way we approach real estate. Thoughtfully, intentionally, and with a focus on building something that lasts.
