Feeling extra thankful for my family, friends, amazing clients, my business, the roof over our heads, the food on our table, and the privilege of filling our home with a big table full of family and friends for Thanksgiving dinner. 🦃❤️

Most of all, I’m grateful for all the little everyday moments that make life so special. Sometimes, the greatest blessings are the ones we can easily take for granted.

I usually keep this page all business, real estate, and everything home-related… but sometimes you just have to share a picture of your boy.

He’s goofy, loving, a little bit of a mama’s boy, and somehow always manages to make himself the centre of attention. ❤️

📚 First day of school posts are everywhere… so I figured I’d join in! 😂

It might not be my first day, but it’s hard to believe it’s been 22 years since I started working in a new home sales office and caught the real estate bug. 🏡❤️

Over 7,000 days later… I’m still hooked.

The sold signs, the coffee, the crazy days, the big goals, the little wins, and most importantly, the amazing relationships I’ve built with my clients along the way.

It may not be my first day, but I certainly enjoy every day. 🥰

🌧️ I LOVE HOME INSPECTIONS ON RAINY DAYS! 🌧️

There’s something about a good downpour that really puts a home to the test! ☔️ It can bring potential issues to light that might otherwise go unnoticed—water in the basement, roof leaks, grading problems, pooling water and drainage issues. And honestly, I’d much rather discover those things during an inspection than after my clients have moved in!

And then there’s the septic tank… 😂

I’ll be honest, septic pump-outs and inspections aren’t exactly my favourite part of being a real estate broker. But they’re important, necessary, and sometimes just part of the job when you’re helping clients buy a country property.

Because being a real estate broker isn’t all ch*****ne, pretty houses and glamour. Sometimes it’s rain, muddy shoes, septic tanks and standing in someone’s backyard wondering exactly what that smell is. 😂

But I wouldn’t trade it for the world. ❤️🏡

At least the shower has glass doors… because apparently privacy was only available in the shower. 😂
