In case any of my local peeps are up for some yoga (followed by a mimosa, because why not?) at Wi******er Golf Course, I'll be teaching at 9:00 am this coming Monday. Up to your elbows experiencing the joy of tax season? I know I am! It's got me wondering how many of my friends out there are aware of this fairly new tax tidbit (the government quietly made this change to the reporting requirements in October 2016):

You are now required to report the sale of your primary residence on your tax return.

There are steep penalties for those who fail to report this, so make sure your accountant is made aware of it if you sold your house in 2017!

Time for a quick update on my wonderful raised vegetable gardens...YUM! Totally worth all the work to get it to this point. It's a joy to go out in my backyard every morning and poke around to see what's new and then go back out before dinner and harvest a few things. How fresh is that?
