🏡 The number of new listings in the Durham Region increased 14% year-over-year. Even with more inventory, Durham Region holds just 0.8 months of supply, showing that listings are still selling in the area.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The population in Durham Region continues to experience strong growth trending upwards. The Region saw an 8% increase from 2016 to 2021 with Clarington leading the municipalities with a 10.2% increase.

🏘 While the average sale price was down 1% from this time last year, entry level homes in the Durham Region saw an increase in sales price year-over-year. Condos showed a whopping 17.5% growth from July of 2021.
