I then decided to take the next step and become a Realtor, I became licensed in July of 2003. With my many years of office experience & the contacts I have I have made it has been a natural advancement. I was on the Town of Osoyoos recreation committee for 3 years and was involved in minor hockey. I have lived in the Osoyoos area for 25 years. My husband is born and raised in Osoyoos, we are now raising our two boys here. It is a great community to raise a family. Osoyoos has beautiful scenery, lake, beaches, warm weather and is close to all ammenties. Penticton is 1 hour away, Kelowna 1.5 hours, Vancouver 4.5, Spokane 3 hours. What more could you ask for! 🏡 A finished basement adds usable square footage without adding to your footprint. In a country where winter means months indoors, that space is worth getting right.

It takes more than paint and a sectional, though. Low ceilings, limited natural light, moisture risk and mechanical systems all need a plan. Solve drainage before the drywall goes up, keep lighting recessed, layer in lamps and light finishes, and build around the mechanicals rather than burying them. 🛠️
