Here's what you can expect:
-Meet the Listing Agent: You'll likely meet the listing agent or their representative, who will be happy to answer questions. Don't worry, you won't meet the sellers.
-A Mix of Visitors: You'll encounter a mix of serious buyers, casual browsers and nosey neighbours. Don’t let it intimidate you - everyone’s there to explore.
-Become a More Informed Buyer: Open houses help you gain confidence in assessing properties. Take notes on everything from natural light to storage space.
-Sign-In and Follow-Up: Be prepared to sign in with your info and your agents info (if you’re working with one) This helps the agent track interest and follow up with potential buyers or their agents.
-Ask Questions: The hosting agent is there to provide information and answer any questions you might have.

It’s hard to believe, but today marks 3 incredible years with the Andy and Paddy Team - what a ride it’s been! I can’t believe how much I’ve grown professionally and personally over the past 3 years.

The first two years were a total juggling act (not that it still isn’t) - as a mom of two little ones and working as a Purser at Porter Airlines while also hustling to build my real estate business. But a year ago this month, I retired from Porter, took the leap and went all-in on real estate full-time. This past year being immersed in the biz has allowed me to really hit my stride and take things to another level.

Huge thanks to Andy, Paddy and my awesome teammates for the mentorship, support and pushing me to new heights. We’ve got such an incredible team dynamic and I’m so grateful to be part of it.

For those new around here, I’m also a theatre producer with and creator of , keeping me feeling creative. And of course, I’m an active mom of two amazing kids, which keeps me busy (to say the least!). I thrive on having a packed schedule and fuelling my entrepreneurial spirit, while still prioritizing family time and fun with friends. Shoutout to my family for supporting me and understanding the crazy, unpredictable hours that come with this career!

Here’s to many more years of growth, success, and helping people’s homeownership dreams become reality! Buckle up, because this ride is just getting started. Thanks to all my clients, my family, friends and followers for your support - I couldn’t do it without you!
