When you own or run a company you are held to a standard higher then employees, because you are to provide and protect your staff...well for the first time i must say that was not the case!!! Now owners have switch but same family and still not any better. I am now actually struggling. Tried to reach out to talk to the boss that I have alot of history with amd it turned terrible... he accused me of something I clearly didn't do. Have to lead to his unorganiztional skills if you ask my input...then said I wasn't strong enough...like I was in that industry amd ran that company long before for salesmen ass got the idea of buying a company... you are responsible for people's life's. Sorry passing the buck is completely bull s**t for a owner!!! Especially 1 thats in the shop regularly!!!!
