It's happening! Prices are beginning to decline. Last month they fell by almost 8% and tracking the sold prices in August it looks like they are falling further. With kids likely to return to school in September and others expected to go back to the office, we can expect the housing market to slow down resulting in even lower prices. When is the best time to buy is anyone's guess but it'll be interesting to see what happens.
