Yesterday, I had the pleasure of volunteering through my office to deliver beautiful 32 Thanksgiving mums throughout the Manotick community. 🌸🍂

This wonderful initiative is organized through the Rotary Club and the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation. Volunteers are given routes and spend the day delivering flowers to homes throughout the community, spreading a little Thanksgiving joy while supporting people and families in need.

I volunteered for this event last year and really enjoyed being part of it, so I was very happy to do it again this year. The weather was definitely not cooperating — it rained for most of the day, and I got a little wet! ☔️ But there was something beautiful about driving through Manotick and seeing all the fall colours, especially with the wet leaves and that unmistakable autumn scenery. 🍁

A little rain didn’t stop us from delivering some colour and happiness to the community. 💛🌸

Every year, I support CHEO by buying my tickets 🎫 and getting to tour these spectacular homes that one very lucky winner will get to enjoy. 🏡✨

Today was the perfect day for a little tour, and this year’s home is inspired by Parisian style — elegant, timeless, and full of beautiful details. 🇫🇷🥂

Of course, I couldn’t resist taking some photos to show you a few of my favourite details — and to see what design trends might be inspiring homes in 2026–2027.
