In 2017, as I prepared for the final phase of my licensure some of the things that kept me pushing till the end amongst other things family related were;

🔸 The perceived “fat” paycheck that awaited me once I got a job

🔸Comfortably afford designer items

🔸Ability to finance my dream car at the time; Mercedes-Benz CLA45 (this one got me really excited💃because outside houses, my next favourite thing is cars)

At the time I was driving a Toyota Yaris 2007 (see pic above) and I badly wanted a change. Fast forward to 2018 when I started working, how quickly did my goals change (oh boy!). After studying some affluent people that inspired me, I began to realize that their paycheck didn’t pay for their luxury rather with the paycheck they bought assets and these assets in turn paid for their luxurious life….(let your imagination run wild😝…….yes, I want it all🙈☺️).That changed it all for me!

Here we are; three years and five doors later🙏🏽 finally saying goodbye to my Yaris and guess what; my dream car has changed! What I want now is a Cadillac Escalade 😂😂(sending out to the universe😁🙏🏽).

If you find your goals changing, that’s okay. No one says you have to have it all figured out from the start.

We have a super sweet tenant (wonderful communication, friendly, never missed a payment; very cordial relationship) at this property but that’s not an excuse for us to cut corners. Routine check still needs to be done to ensure everything is functioning optimally. Stopped by today and was handed a gift she got for us three months ago from Turkey and has been waiting to personally hand it to us😁🤗

September sure took a toll on us but it’s all ended in smiles, no I mean in dancing💃💃😁. Few months ago we wouldn’t have imagined closing two properties within 24hrs but here we are!💃💃
