So many new faces I thought I’d take a minute to introduce myself!
Since high school, I’ve struggled with my weight both putting it on and then yo yo dieting to take it off.
In December 2020, I finally hit my breaking point. I was 205lbs on a 5’8” frame. Something had to change.
So I become a certified Nutrition coach and started studying cooking.
Now, I help people lose weight using my Pyramid of Health and teaching you how to cook healthy, delicious meals, focusing on protein first and adding a little attitude.
