I looove this quote! I have done a ton of soul searching over the past "decade" of my life. I have cried, I have screamed, I have felt defeated at times (probably more times than I can count), but what I have come to realize, is that so does everyone. Every "Human" being Suffers, has Losses, Failures, experiences Grief, Sadness, Pain, Guilt, and Fear, lots and lots of Fear.

However, we also experience Excitement, Laughter, Joy, Happiness, and Love, llots of Love in all different kinds of ways and forms.

It is these emotions, both negative and positive, which make us Human. It is the embodiment of being Human. Experiencing what it means to feel many emotions and learning how to either overcome them, get through them, or live in the Present Moment, and Enjoy them and have Gratitude.

I have also, through all of my revelations and experiences, learned that we, as Humans, also need to learn about Boundaries. It is through this learning process, that we learn what we should and should not accept not just from other people, but For Ourselves. No one should ever accept hurt, pain, abuse, or sadness that had been put onto us by another Human being. It doesn’t matter whether they are close, a stranger, or even family. Boundaries for our "Self Preservation" is one of our most important lessons as a Human Being here on Earth. It may be hard, but learning to say "No", when our lives cannot handle anymore. Learning to say "No" when someone inflicts hurt or pain or sadness onto you, is so important. No matter what we may lose in the process. We cannot be useful to anyone, if we cannot protect Our Selves.

Happy Holidays to all of my Friends and Family and Colleagues. Remember to Enjoy the Moment, the Present, and not to let anything or anyone ruin your Joy and Peace, and do not let the commercialized part of the Holidays to allow stress into your life when All of Us should be feeling the Magic of the Holiday Season, reminding us to Love our fellow Humans, and most of all, to have Love and Compassion for Our Selves. 🙏🏼❤️🎄🎇✨️☯️✝️✡️🕉🕎☪️

This is the downside to commercial real estate and office space during Covid-19. I would suggest landlords with office space that is vacant begin offering incentives, making their spaces Covid-19 friendly...and market them to those who are sick of working from home. What are your thoughts?

Available sublease space jumps 11%, but still remains well below levels recorded in previous downturns.
