I find it difficult to bring myself to post on socials, but I really wanted to share one of my favourite moments in business in 2022.
Martha was one of the most patient first-time homebuyers I had the pleasure of working with last year. When the market was hot with 10-20+ offers on some of the homes we had seen together, she remained calm and persistent. She waited for the right home to come along and after spending the greater part of 2022 looking for a place together, we were successful with the nicest, best-kept and best-fitting home we visited.
She sealed the deal when she gifted me a beautiful scarf she knitted herself. That was quite the pleasant surprise. Another example demonstrating the patience and kindness she has.
