For first time home buyers we provide more than an inspection and report. We encourage our clients to ask questions on any aspect of the home both during the inspection process or any time afterwards, we also point out items that will require regular maintenance as well as information on how the various systems in the home function.
Our goal is to ensure the client is well informed about the home they wish to purchase.

A certified experienced home inspector will never do a inspection of those types.
