Congratulations to Z&A on the sale of your condo!

Selling a condo in today’s market is no small feat. Buyer demand has been soft, and many owners who purchased in the last few years are finding themselves in the difficult position of selling for less than they paid. To make things even more challenging, when we launched, there were four units with this exact floor plan on the market in the building… and ours was on the lowest floor.

After carefully weighing every option, including holding onto the property as a rental, we came to the conclusion that selling was the right move. These decisions are never easy, but sometimes the cost of waiting outweighs the cost of moving forward.

From there, it was time to execute. We put together an aggressive marketing strategy designed to make this unit stand out from the competition. A few weeks later, that strategy paid off with a firm sale and a quick closing.

Z&A, thank you again for trusting us to help guide you through such a challenging decision. I know this wasn’t the outcome anyone would have hoped for when you bought the condo, but you approached every step with patience, perspective, and confidence. A little overdue, a lot grateful.

Over the last few months, I’ve had the privilege of helping some truly wonderful people buy and sell homes across Ottawa. Normally, each one of these moments would get its own post, its own story, and its own proper thank-you.

But somewhere between showings, offers, inspections, staging, keys, moving boxes, and pretending I had my inbox under control… I fell a little behind.

So consider this one big, slightly overdue celebration of some really wonderful clients and some very meaningful milestones.

To each of you: thank you for your trust, your patience, your humour, your referrals, your texts, your calls, your big decisions, and your willingness to let me be part of such an important chapter.

Every transaction is different. Some are smooth, some are complicated, some are emotional, and some require a few deep breaths along the way. But the common thread is always the people.

And I’m very, very grateful mine are this good.

Congratulations to all of my amazing clients. I may be late posting about it, but I promise the appreciation is right on time.
