My furnace stopped working!! But before you panic—it's not what you might think.
This is actually a planned shutdown. It happens once a year when our HVAC technician comes in for the annual maintenance and inspection.
Our furnace is 19 years old and still running strong. We've had an annual maintenance plan in place since we moved in 13 years ago, and it’s been well worth it.
The maintenance plan covers all parts and labor, and we've definitely gotten our money's worth over the years.
