Shillow Beer Co, a brewery in Ottawa's east end, and Brew Revolution, a brewpub in Ottawa’s west end, have partnered to co-market their respective opportunities.

The owners of each understand and see the synergies and benefits as a package deal. They have agreed to bundle the two to capture a wider audience base. A buyer benefits from two-turnkey operations and immediate growth.

Bundling the two represents a modest discount- $1,250,000 as a package ($750+$550=$1.3M)

Onboarding both locations provides regional coverage – an area in the west and east ends, enhancing the local supply chain.

Shillow Brewery can increase volume/production above what a brewpub can produce, integrating products into more channels and at higher volumes.

The brewery can also be retrofitted to accommodate food service, by having a centralized commissary at the brew pub.

brews.

Owners from Brew Rev are willing to stay on in operational/managerial roles.
