I had the privilege of helping a wonderful family sell their longtime home at 937 Sheenboro in Orléans last week.

This was an estate sale, with one of the two sons taking on the role of Trustee, which can be an exceptionally challenging responsibility during an already emotional time.

Ontario’s 2025 Fall Economic Statement brings big news for first-time homebuyers 🏡✨

The province is proposing to rebate the full 8% provincial portion of the HST on newly built homes priced up to $1 million, a change aimed at making homeownership more affordable and encouraging new housing construction across Ontario.
