We had such a great time last week eating ice cream and learning all about The Council on Aging of Ottawa (COA). Not only was the ice cream delicious and cold 🥶 (so very welcome in these hot, hot days), all those that attended were so nice and so interesting. So many people from such a diverse background. If you don’t know about the COA, look them up!! They have amazing events all year long.

A Moment for Thanks. 🙏

As the leaves turn and the air gets crisp, we're approaching Thanksgiving—a moment that always encourages me to pause and take stock.

This year, I'm thinking less about the big things and more about the simple, everyday ones. The unexpected phone call that made me smile, the comfort of a warm home, the friends and family who show up not just when it’s easy, but when it really counts.
It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle, but today, I’m just feeling genuinely grateful.

Grateful for the people in my life who make the ordinary moments feel extraordinary.
Wishing everyone a meaningful day, filled with good food, good company, and a gentle reminder of all the good we have.
