💰 Average sale price: $692K (+0.9%)
📋 2,452 new listings hit the market
⏱️ Homes selling in 21 days on average
📉 Months of inventory down to 3.3 — tightening up
The takeaway? Sales are gaining momentum, prices are firming, and inventory is being absorbed faster. Single-family homes are the tightest segment at just 3.0 months of supply, while condos still offer more breathing room for buyers.
