The main take away here is that we should just go back to Y2K 😀

We’re in a transitional period and it’s natural for buyers and sellers to have different expectations. It’s starting to even out and after navigating a few of these I can tell you there’s usually some stability coming.

Not sure why the camera was getting the stink eye on number 3 but it happened.

The Ottawa Spartan Canada race is always a reminder for me that we get to choose who we want to be and what we choose to do.

This event 3 years ago helped to pull me out of an abyss of unhealthy choices with food, fitness and my general health.

I’ll be running in Tremblant next June and Calabogie in August. If you feel like you need a push send me a dm and we’ll run it together.
