FB reminded me that on this day a few years ago was the day our first flip went on the market (sold shortly after 😁). I miss that! Though it wasn't without quite literally putting in 'blood, sweat and tears', it was an incredible (and thankfully successful) adventure also filled with laughter, pride and so much learning! So yes, hard work and a whole lot of fun. It was making the right choices (of renovations and finishes), having a strict and detailed budget and schedule, etc. But, of course, as for any project of the kind, it all begins with buying the right place (right amount of renos, right price, right spot). Flipping will no doubt be in the cards for us again at some point (hopefully somewhere warm one day 😜🏝). Do you ever look at those HGTV shows and think to yourself 'I could do this!'? (which is kind of how it all began for us lol) What are your home ownership/investment dreams?
