It’s not a secret that a BIG a CHALLENGE for self-employed persons is convincing risk-averse lenders they can carry a mortgage through the ups and downs of their business. It can have you feeling pretty defeated. I’ve been there too. 🥺

So how do you overcome this challenge?

One is to start preparing WAY sooner than you think. Keep track of every penny spent and earned and have a professional handle your taxes so that you have proper and accurate documentation when it comes time to apply for a loan.

Being your own boss is an amazing accomplishment. Congrats on keeping on even when it’s a struggle.
