This season, both Paul Rushforth Real Estate offices are drop-off spots for the Ottawa Snowsuit Fund. Bring your gently used kids' winter wear to us and we'll deliver it to the Snowsuit Fund for you.

When you're buying and selling at the same time, there are a lot of questions.
And probably a few "is this a silly question?" moments too. Which they never are.

These clients bought and sold with Ashley, and we're so grateful they took the time to share their experience with us.

What they really appreciated about Ashely was one of the things I love so much about her too. It's how much she cares.

Okay, I've been scrolling through these all week and I genuinely can't choose.

Nine new homes hit the market this week, and every time I think I've found my favourite, a new one hits and I change my mind.

There's a waterfront cottage that had me daydreaming about morning coffee with steam coming up from the water, listening to the birds.

Then there's a gorgeous townhome that made me rethink everything and consider moving myself.

The best part of a busy week in Ottawa real estate?

Getting to make the “you’re sold” call.

That’s the part we love. All the preparation, showings, questions and negotiations lead to a moment when someone can finally say, “Okay, now we can make our plans.”

And probably start collecting boxes.
