Who is today’s market best for?

Right now, the market has a slight edge for end users people buying a home to live in and enjoy.

With cap rates lower than they were 10-15 years ago, investors aren’t seeing the same returns they once did.

That said, there are still opportunities for investors in Ottawa. It just takes a bit more strategy than it used to.
